Disabled Facilities

The disabled toilet is within easy reach on the ground floor. It's free of charge and access can be gained by contacting security via the intercom. Alternatively, customers can use their own radar key.

For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.

The Mall has significantly increased the number of disabled car parking bays to 33 in total. They have been repainted and clearly marked in blue and are close to the Sainsbury's entrance. Wheelchairs are available for use on the Mall, contact security or our Ask Me Point staff for details.

A hearing loop is also available at our Ask Me Point.

All of our entrances have automatic doors for easy access. We also welcome guide dogs and hearing dogs for the deaf in the Mall.
