Here at The Mall Chester we always work hard to give you the best shopping experience. Our Mall Team are on hand to give you any assistance you may require and our specially trained Ask me Point team are always nearby to answer your queries. We'll help you, locate lost property, help you with our free wheelchair loan and answer your questions about The Mall and the local area. For further assistance, you can also visit the Mall Management Office situated on level 1b of the NCP car park.
