The disabled toilet is within easy reach on Pepper Street, next to the ladies toilets. It's free of charge but users need a Radar key to access it. Radar keys can be purchased from the Ask me Point in St Michael's Square.

For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.

If you have trouble using the stairs, most of The Mall Chester is on one level and there is a customer lift from the NCP car park and one down to the public toilets. You can loan a manual wheelchair or an electric scooter, free of charge from our Ask-Me Desk. Call 01244 353 065 to book in advance.
