What's on - Spend Me Card
The Spend Me Card is the ultimate in gift giving; avaliable from the Ask Me Point in any value from 5 to a thousand pounds! The Spend Me Card can be used in any of our Maestro-accepting retailers, in any of our 23 Mall's. The card doesn't stop there, if you want to make it an extra special present than there is a vast array of gift packaging to choose from, perfect for any occasion.
Buying a Spend Me Card
- Avaliable from the Ask Me Point Mon-Sat 0915 - 1715 and Sunday 1045 - 1615
- Any ammount from £5 to £1000, you can pay using debit, credit or cash.
- When purchasing a card using cash:
- under £500 - 1 form of ID is needed, this can be a bank card.
- over £500 - 2 forms of ID, or 1 form of photo ID, such as a driving license.
- There is no charge on purchasing a Spend Me Card. Unlike many gift cards the ammount you pay, is the ammount on the card!
- For just £1.50 you can choose between 5 beautiful gift card packages; be it a birthday, christmas leaving present, there is truly something for every occasion.
Spending a Spend Me Card
- Your Spend Me Card will have any ammount on it between £5 and £1000. The exact ammount will be on the recipitent receipt provided with your card.
- Your card can be spent in over 100 shops in The Mall Camberley, and endless amounts of shops across the 23 Malls. Any shop which accepts the Maestro card can accept the Spend Me Card
- The Spend Me Card has no overdraft facility, if a payment is attempted that exceeds the value of the card, the transaction will be cancelled.
- If you wish to purchase goods exceeding the card's value then a part payment can be used. For this type of transaction to work the alternative method of payment must be used before the card is processed.
- The balance of your Spend Me Card can be checked with 3 different methods, to use the online and telephone services your Customer Passcode must be provided, this is printed on your receipt
- Go to www.flex-e-card.com this will also provide you with a statement of recent transactions
- Take your Spend Me Card to the Ask Me Point at any Mall.
