The Mall Gift Card is the ultimate in gift giving; available from the Ask Me Point in any value from £5 to £1000!  The card can be used in any of our retailers which accept Maestro, in any of our 9 Malls.

Buying a Mall Gift Card

• Available from the Ask Me Point Mon-Sat 09:45 - 17:15 and Sunday 10:45 - 16:15
• Any amount from £5 to £1000, you can pay using debit, credit or cash.
• There is no charge for purchasing a Mall Gift Card.  Unlike some gift cards, the amount you pay is the amount on the card!

Spending a Mall Gift Card

• Your Mall Gift Card will have any amount on it between £5 and £1000. The exact amount will be on the recipient receipt provided with your card.
• Your card can be spent in over 90 shops in The Mall Camberley, and endless amounts of shops across the 9 Malls. Any shop which accepts the Maestro card can accept the Mall Gift Card
• The Mall Gift Card has no overdraft facility, if a payment is attempted that exceeds the value of the card, the transaction will be declined.
• If you wish to purchase goods exceeding the card's value then a part payment can be used. For this type of transaction to work, the alternative method of payment must be used before the card is processed.
• The balance of your Gift Card can be checked in three different ways. To check your balance online or over the telephone, you will need your Customer Passcode, which is printed on your recipient receipt.

  • Call Flex-e-Card on 0870 730 7343
  • Take your Mall Gift Card to the Ask Me Point at any Mall.

Corporate Purchases
