How it works

The Mall Savers Club is here to help you save regularly and spread the cost of expensive occasions throughout the year. You can choose what you are saving for whether it be a wedding, anniversary, holiday or just to treat yourself.

You can save weekly or monthly and and then any funds you have saved will be loaded on to a Mall Gift Card whenever you choose.

The Mall Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card or deposit product; nor is it a debit card linked to a current account. It is a prepaid card which means that money must be loaded onto it and you can only spend what's on the card, meaning you stay in control of your finances.

Every time you make a deposit into your account our staff will update a tracker card for you.
You can also check your account balance online at www.flex-e-card.com or by calling the balance hotline on 0870 730 7343.

Where can I spend the card?

You can spend the card in any retailer within The Mall Bristol and Broadmead who accept Maestro until the balance on the card has been exhausted.

How to apply?

We have made the application process as simple as possible for you, so just follow these easy steps:

1) Visit our Ask Me Point and ask to open a Mall Savers account

2) Bring along £10 ready to open your new account

3) Our staff will then take your details including your name, telephone number, email address (if you have one), address and post code

4) Ensure you present photographic ID to our Ask Me Point or such as passport, photographic driving license, drivers license or a bus pass along with a utility bill

5) Your account is then active and you can start depositing a minimum of £10 per month.

6) You are also able to redeem your balance on as many cards as you wish, for example; Your balance is £500:
1 x £250 card for you to go shopping and buy gifts with a personal touch.
3 x £50 cards for those who have everything!
10 x £10 cards for those who are hard to buy for!
