Disabled Facilities

The layout at the Mall Bristol ensures that it has excellent access for disabled shoppers.

All our stores and facilities are specially designed to incorporate ramps, lifts and wide doors wherever possible, so as to ensure an easy and successful visit every time. You'll find our Shop Mobility on the top floor open from 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM where you can hire powered scooters and manual wheelchairs.

Toilet facilities for the disabled are available on all three levels.

If you require specific assistance with your shopping, please contact the stores you wish to visit in advance at this site.

We have specially designated disabled parking spaces on Level D of our car park.
