The layout at the Mall Bristol ensures that it has excellent access for disabled shoppers.
All our stores and facilities are specially designed to incorporate ramps, lifts and wide doors wherever possible, so as to ensure an easy and successful visit every time. You'll find our Shop Mobility on the top floor open Wednesday - Friday, 11am-5pm where you can hire powered scooters and manual wheelchairs. Outside of these hours and on other days of the week please go to the Ask Me Point located on the ground floor and they can arrange for a scooter or wheelchair to be brought to you from another Bristol city centre office. Alternatively contact shop mobility on 0117 9559083 to arrange another collection point.
Toilet facilities for the disabled are available on all three levels.
