Parking

At The Mall Blackburn parking is easy, safe and secure. We have our own car park that offers convenient access to your Mall shopping centre. It has 2 levels with 900 parking spaces, and the main entrance is via Exchange Street. We also have Disabled parking bays.

Please note: The Car park gates are unlocked at 6am and locked at 11pm Monday to Saturday.  On a Sunday the gates are unlocked at 8am and locked at 11pm.  There is no access on / off the car park when the barriers are locked.

• Up to 1 hours £1.00
• Up to 2 hours £1.50
• Up to 4 hours £2.50
• Up to 6 hours £5.00
• Over 6 hours £8.00
• *On Saturday ONLY, it is £5 over 4 hours.
• Sunday's and Bank Holiday's are FREE

Saturday

• Up to 2 hours £1.00
• 2 - 4 hours £1.50
• Over 4 hours £5.00 

Sundays and Bank Holidays are FREE
