Ask Me Point

If you require help and assistance during your visit to the Mall, simply visit our Ask Me Point which is manned by our friendly Ask Me Point Assistants.

The Ask Me Point can be found in Victoria Court, and can help with general information and provides the following services:

• Directions: If you're looking for a particular store, let our Assistants point you in the right direction.
   
• Gift Card: The new Gift Card from The Mall is the perfect gift for everyone. It can be used in any store*, in any of our 12 Malls throughout the country. You can purchase the card from the Ask Me point. You decide how much you want to give and can pre-load the card with up to £1000.
  
  *accepted in any store equipped with Mastercard.
   
• Lost property: If you have misplaced or found any items simply report the items to one of the assistants at the Ask Me Point. Or alternatively, please call: 01254 54455.
   
• Taxis: If you require assistance in calling a taxi, just go to the Ask Me Point and we will call one for you.

• Job Vacancies: If you are looking for a full time, part time, flexible or weekend job, then look no further as displayed at the Ask Me Point are all of the job opportunities within The Mall Blackburn; for you to take away.
   
• Local information: Looking for somewhere to entertain the children? Would like to go and watch a theatre performance? The Ask Me Point assistants can help you with any around town queries that you may have.
