The disabled toilet is within easy reach on the ground floor. It's free of charge and is accessible by a radar keys which can be purchased from the Ask me Point on ground level.

For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.

If you have trouble using the stairs, there are lifts to all floors of The Mall Bexleyheath. All lifts in The Mall Bexleyheath are voice controlled and have low level buttons. You'll find our Shop Mobility on level 3 which is open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10.00 AM to 3.00 PM. Here you can hire manual wheelchairs or scooters and there are volunteers to help push people in their own chairs or to help visually impaired shoppers. Please telephone 020 8301 5237 to make a booking (We have a 24 hour answer phone). Our main doors are automatic for easy access and guide dogs are always welcome.
