The disabled toilet is within easy reach on the Upper Mall. The toilets have recently joined the national RADAR Scheme - keys are available to buy from the Ask Me Point.
For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.
If you have trouble using the stairs, there are lifts to all floors of The Mall Barnsley. All lifts in The Mall Barnsley have low level buttons and a ramp provides easy access from the car park. Our main doors at Cheapside and Level 3A are automatic for easy access and guide dogs are always welcome.
