Disabled Facilities

The disabled toilet is within easy reach on the lower ground floor, level 2. It's free of charge and is controlled by a security push button intercom. For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.

If you have trouble using the stairs, there are lifts to all floors of The Mall Aberdeen. All lifts in The Mall Aberdeen are voice controlled and have low level buttons. A ramp provides easy access from the car park and wheelchair's are available for your use, just ask at reception and we can bring one to your car for you, or you can Tel No 01224 580076 and book in advance. Our main doors are automatic for easy access and guide dogs are always welcome.
