How To Find Us
How to get to The Mall Luton by...
- By Car: Take Junction 10 off the M1 and follow the signs to the town centre. Once on Gipsy Lane (A505) continue straight through the roundabout approaching St Mary's Road, where you will see a large church on your left hand side, remaining in the left hand lane pass through the first set of traffic lights. The Mall Luton will be on your left. A car park entrance can be found by taking the first slip road to the left (John Street) and following the road in to Melson Street which will lead you into Market Car Park. Alternatively Central Car Park is situated off Cheapside and additional parking is available in the old Bus Station Car Park. From Bedford use the A6 and follow the signs to the town centre and from Hitchin use the A505 and follow the signs to the town centre. If using satnav please use postcode LU1 2HN.
- By Bus: Various bus companies offer services to Luton Town Centre, including Arriva The Shires and Centre Bus. Many of these services stop directly outside the mall. For further information please visit their websites.

www.arriva.co.uk - By Train: The Mall is a 5 minute walk from Luton Train Station. Exit the station towards the town centre. At the traffic lights cross over Guildford Street and you will see the Mall's entrance directly ahead of you.

Here at The Mall Luton, we always work hard to give you the best shopping experience. Our Mall Team are on hand to give you any assistance you may require and our specially trained Ask me Point team are always nearby to answer your queries. We'll help you locate lost property, buy Mall gift cards, send or receive a fax, buy a postage stamp and we can even lend you a pushchair. For further assistance, you can also visit the Mall Management Office situated on the Gallery Level, above The Body Shop.
Gift Cards
The Mall Gift Card can be used as payment in nearly all of our shops within The Mall Luton (any store equipped for Mastercard), making them the perfect gift for everyone. The Gift Card is a flexible pre-paid card, available in any amount up to £1000 from the Customer Services desk opposite M&S.
Children's Centre
The Children's Centre at The Mall Luton is a registered charity sited in The Mall since 1986. The centre offers a Nursery, Crèche, Drop In facility as well as a shoppers crèche and is located on The Gallery level next to the Management Office.
