At The Mall Blackburn parking is easy, safe and secure. We have our own car park that offers convenient access to your Mall shopping centre. It has 3 multi-storey blocks (A, B & C) with 1304 well lit parking spaces.  The main entrances are at Exchange Street and Church Street.. There are 38 disabled and 23 family first bays located near to entrace/exit doors to The Mall shopping centre.

Please note: The Car park gates are unlocked at 6am and locked at 8pm Monday to Saturday. On a Sunday the gates are unlocked at 8am and locked at 8pm. There is no access on / off the car park when the barriers are locked.

Cyclists

Approximately 26 spaces are available in The Mall for cyclists by one entrance of the car park.

Due to safety reasons no bikes are permitted in The Mall so please utilise these facilities.

Tariffs

Monday - Saturday

• Up to 1 hours £1.00
• Up to 2 hours £1.50
• Up to 4 hours £2.50
• Up to 6 hours £5.00
• Over 6 hours £8.00

Sundays and Bank Holidays will be charged at £1.00 up to 12 hours parking.
