A message from Linda, General Manager, The Mall Aberdeen:

Here at The Mall Aberdeen we always work hard to give you the best shopping experience. Our Mall Team, who are trained in Customer Care, are on hand to give you any assistance you may require and are always nearby to answer your queries. The Team are also trained in First Aid (including a team who have been trained by The Scottish Ambulance Service in defibulator and oxygen administration). For further assistance, you can also visit the Mall Management Office situated on the lower ground floor, level 2, beside the public toilets.
