Where other shopping centres may charge you a fee to put money on the card The Mall's 'Spend Me' gift card is FREE to load money on to.

Not only is the card FREE for our shoppers to load with money but you can load up to £1000 per card, and only have a minimum of £5.
It can be given as a gift or bought as a self-purchase as you can top it up at any point.
Unlike specific retailer gift cards, The Mall Spend Me gift card in across many stores as long as they are in The Mall and the store accepts Maestro Mastercard

How to buy a card
If you want to buy one of our cards you can purchase one from the Ask Me point in your nearest Mall [INSERT LINK TO FIND A MALL].
Decide how much you want to load on to the card, you can pay by cash or credit card.
Our staff will then take your details including your name, telephone number, email address (if you have one), address and post code
You will need to present photographic ID to our Ask Me Point or Customer Service desk such as passport, photographic driving license, drivers license or a bus pass along with a utility bill
The account is then active and you or the person receiving the card can start spending!
Keeping track
You check the balance of the card easily by visiting the Ask Me Point and getting our staff to give you your balance. You can also check your account balance online at www.flex-e-card.com or by calling the balance hotline on 0870 730 7343.
