Terms and Conditions

1. The gift consists of a free pamper session at any one of the pre-determined local salons and spas. No prize alternatives will be offered.
2. Entry is open to all UK residents over the age of 16, except the employees, agents, their families or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
3. Entry is open to anyone who spends a total of £40/50 (Mall dependant), or more, in fashion, shoe, accessories and beauty outlets at The Mall on the same day. The customer will instantly receive their Pamper voucher and style guide booklet upon presenting their qualifying receipts.
4. The customer bring their receipts to the Ask Me Point where the AMP employee will verify, stamp their receipt and reward them with their voucher for a free pamper session.
5. The qualifying spend can be spread across multiple fashion and beauty retailers and multiple transactions at retailers within The Mall only, and excludes car parking charges.
6. Multiples of £40/50 does not qualify for multiple entries.
7. Entries will only be accepted at the Mall at which the qualifying purchases were made.
8. Qualifying purchases must be made on the day of redemption. Purchases from previous days are not applicable.
9. Receipt(s) must be taken to the Ask me point, customer service desk (Luton Mall only) or management office (Aberdeen Mall only) within the Mall. Mall customer service staff will stamp their receipt(s) and give them their free pamper voucher and fashion booklet
10. When the person approaches the AMP with their qualifying receipts, they will automatically receive a pamper voucher which is subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to alter or withdraw the free gift at any time.
11. The closing date for obtaining the free pamper voucher is 31st May 2008.
12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events arising beyond its control. Neither the promoter nor its agents are responsible for third party acts or omissions.

Terms of use for the pamper voucher

1. Open to UK residents aged 16 or over, except employees of the promoter, its agents and distributors.
2. The voucher entitles the bearer to one free pampering treatment at any of the participating venues. Treatments available vary between venues.
3. This offer is not available to employees of TLC Marketing plc, its clients or agencies and their immediate families.
4. The offer is based on advance bookings only and is subject to promotional availability.
Customers must complete the booking request form at the back of this booklet and send to the address given by 31/12/08 to be eligible to claim a free pampering treatment.
5. All other customers will be required to pay the full price per treatment, and all future bookings will be charged at the full price.
6. On arrival at the venue, your TLC free pampering voucher must be handed over.
7. The voucher may only be used once.
8. Only one 'TLC free pampering voucher' can be used per salon.
9. Participating salons and therapists are all contracted to participate in the TLC free pampering offer.
10. TLC, its clients, agents and distributors cannot be held responsible to any Health & Beauty Salon subsequently declining acceptance of vouchers for reasons of their own.
11. Participating Health & Beauty Salons reserve the right to vary times and offer availability (e.g. Public holidays).
12. Some participating salons have restricted times on the availability of the offer - customers are recommended to call in advance to check.
13. Photocopied vouchers will not be accepted.
14. This voucher has no monetary value and is non-transferable.
15. TLC, its clients, agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of TLC vouchers, and are not liable for any personal loss, injury or illness at featured Health & Beauty Salons, and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/availability of featured venues.
16. TLC, its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
17. If you fail to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the appointment, or do not show at the venue, a cancellation charge may be incurred.
18. All treatments must be taken by 30/04/09.
