Family Fortunes Spend Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. The prize consists of one £2,500 spending spree in The Mall. No prize alternatives will be offered.
2. Entry is open to all UK residents over the age of 18, except the employees, agents, their families or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
3. The promotion is a prize draw. Entry is open to anyone who spends a total of £30, or more, in The Mall on the same day and subsequently enters a correct completed entry card into the draw.
4. The qualifying spend can be spread across multiple retailers and multiple transactions at retailers within The Mall only, and excludes car parking charges.
5. Multiples of £30 do not qualify for multiple entries. One entry per person, per day, however people can enter the competition more than once on separate days as long as the qualifying purchases have not already been used to enter the competition.
6. Entries will only be accepted at the Mall at which the qualifying purchases were made.
7. Qualifying purchases must be made on the day on entry. Purchases from previous days are not applicable.
8. Receipt(s) must be taken to the Ask me point, customer service desk (Luton Mall only) or management office (Aberdeen Mall only) within the Mall. Mall customer service staff will stamp their receipt(s) and give them a game card to enter the competition.
9. Individuals must complete their personal details and answer the question on the card picking the top answer from the five options available. The question was surveyed by 100 people, and top answer refers to the most frequently occurring answer during this survey.
10. When the person enters the competition they will automatically receive a free gift which is subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to alter or withdraw the free gift at any time.
11. The closing date for entries midnight on the 16th of December 2007.
12. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random after the 16th December 2007 and will be notified by phone. The Prize Draw will be supervised by an independent party.
13. Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries lost, delayed or damaged.
15. The decision of the judges will be final.
16. The winners name, counties and entries are available upon written request by sending a SAE to The Mall c/o Meteorite. 19-21 Mortimer Street, London, W1T 3JE. Please specify which promotion you are enquiring about.
17. Winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition.
18. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events arising beyond its control. Neither the promoter nor its agents are responsible for third party acts or omissions.
