For any offer or promotion from our Retailers which has been introduced to you via our website, you should be aware that you, as the customer, will transact directly with the Retailer you have selected to purchase from.

PAYMENT
You can pay with any approved credit or debit card acceptable to the respective Retailer under their terms and conditions. Please read the Retailer's terms and conditions prior to making any purchases.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Cancellations and returns will be governed by the Retailer from whom you have purchased your selected products. Please read their terms and conditions before purchase. If you require help or information about your order or wish to make a cancellation or return, please select the Retailer who processed and shipped your order and read their terms and conditions for post-transaction support. The Mall is not party to your transaction with the Retailer and has no facility to offer after-sales service and support in relation to your transaction.
