Great Grottos operate a unique Christmas Grotto experience at The Mall Camberley in December.
We require a Grotto Manager to oversee all staff and customer experience within our theatrical retail event.
Daily tasks include, serving customers, staff reporting, cashing up, banking, receiving deliveries and demonstrating exceptional customer service.

You will communicate twice daily with our Head Office team who will support you throughout.
Successful candidates demonstrate strong customer service experience, tidiness and time management. Grotto Managers should also be willing to wear one of our handmade Elf costumes.
Great Grottos provide a full training programme for all staff where you will learn of the techniques necessary to professionally manage your Grotto.
Good hourly rates of pay.
A full DBS check will be conducted.
