Our Mall People

Our brand values - caring, dynamic and easy - are put into practice every day by our Mall People. We employ over 350 people to work in our Malls with an additional 900 or so partner or supplier employees. Mall People are aged from 16 to 70 plus and come from a wide range of backgrounds.
Development
The continued growth of our business offers many opportunities for our people to develop their skills and knowledge and, in turn, their careers.
- Our employee training and development programme, M Power, provides each individual with a personal, structured development plan.
- Our management development programme is accredited by The Institute of Leadership and Management, and leads to a Diploma in Leadership and Management.
- We also fund and support a diverse range of external and professional qualifications for our people.
Reward
Our reward policy is to be inclusive and involve all our people. Mall People are eligible for and have benefited from our Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus or Dividend (DAPB/D) over the past two years. We also benchmark our remuneration packages annually and aim to be the employer of choice in our sector.
We have been recognised as an Investor in People since 2002, and have been placed 59th in the 2008 Sunday Times 100 best places to work survey.
