Excellent, cost effective cleaning forms part of each Mall Teams plan and we aim to combine the best innovation and value that can be provided by a National Operator, with a locally delivered service that recognises the General Manager/Operations Manager at each Mall, as the client.
MallClean is a cleaning service tailor made for shopping centres. Through a fresh approach and a dedicated, pro-active management team, MallClean will deliver a sustained quality of service and true cost effectiveness for each Mall and our retailers.

MallSecure is an industry leading partnership that continues to deliver a safe and secure retail shopping environment designed to maximise the full potential of our excellent security teams.
C&R Safe
C&R Safe is an award winning risk management system designed to engage all our colleagues, customers and contractors.
The unique and bespoke system was originally devised in partnership with Preston City Council - and aims to overcome barriers between owners, tenants and the local enforcement authority. Since its launch in the Autumn of 2006, we have been awarded the prestigious Gold Award from RoSPA for the past 5 years running, which is testament to our commitment to strive for continuous improvement.
C&R Safe is a standard of excellence that will be awarded to all Malls that successfully complete the C&R Safe external risk management audit.
