The Mall Fund
The Mall Fund was established in 2002 by Capital & Regional plc and Morley Fund Management, and invests in community malls throughout the UK. Other investors in the Fund include investors such as The Prudential, ISIS Property Asset Management plc, ING Real Estate, Prudential Property Investment Managers, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, Hermes Real Estate, F&C Asset Management, Arlington Property Investors, Sparinvest and ABP, Europe's largest pension fund.
The Mall Fund's assets already total approximately £3bn, invested in 23 Malls. Our objective over the next two years is to increase the number of Malls owned and managed to approximately 30.
